Joey Logano had just laid down the fastest lap in GT qualifying for the Canadian Tire 200 at The Glen when he had a hard impact at turn 5. The No. 31 Whelen Engineering Corvette was damaged too badly to race the next day so the crew retrieved their old Corvette from the Connecticut shop overnight and raced it as the No. 3 instead.
